WordPress 2.5 (winners and losers take 3?)

I am sure you all have read Turnip’s recent posts about winners vs losers on Tunip Of Power ? If not, go read these Internet Winners vs Internet Loses posted on April Fools Day, (was not a joke). The follow up Losers and Winners Revenge posted on 4/2.

I wanted to comment on this, as you all can see I have a work in progress, shiny new wordpress updated to the latest release of Wordpress. I will let you decide on winners and losers, I mean we are all entitled to our opinion, my dad used to say “opinions are like assholes everyone has one”. I guess he was right, God rest his soul.

I just want to take this opportunity to personally & publicly thank turnip for the help in setting up the new site, and he isn’t done helping me (he knows that ). Turinp’s knowledge in wordpress and bluehost far surpasses mine, and he has the patience to help this old man figure things out. He was very adament in making sure that the new Foolsville was running, and that the Entrecard widget was properly showing.

I am the kind of person who knows the value of someone elses wisdom and also know this wisdom has value. To insult some one by wanting half of their referral fee is utterly ludicrous, (not to be confused with Ludicris). The hours Turnip has already put into helping this old fool, and the 1000 credits mean a hell of alot more to me knowing that a colleague, got something for his trouble and the company in this instance Bluehost got a little something! (And yes if you click blue host it will be for turnip’s referral).

Things are said in jest and things are said in jest that are taken wrong and cause discussions and dissent at times (thank Al Gore for the internet). If you, any of you are wanted to go the hosting route, and install wordpress and want no help more power to you, me? I will IM the turnip!
